Koh NS Sensei

Koh Sensei started training aikido in the early 80's. He was an instructor during the late 90's. In 2003 set-up Club Aikido.

Having a keen interest in many forms of martial arts. Through times, came to realise the relationship of speed, power, accuracy, reflexes, and awareness in martial arts training. Each individual has difference in built and characteristics in mind and body forms. So a versatile and simple approach in learning and training process will help trainees pick up and understand martial arts faster.

Let our mind be open and free, so ideas and forms can flow freely. Share and show one another new ways, so that our learnings, achievements, and advancements are unlimited. Harmony and love is the root to peace and co-existence.
